Job Description:

Cutler Group, LP is looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join their team in San Francisco. The role will involve developing, maintaining and improving data acquisition and distribution processes for our trading team.  The Analyst will provide ongoing analytical and technical support to existing automated tools.  The Analyst will also work with a team of developers and traders to develop tools for researches, analyses and trading.

Special consideration will be given to candidates with expertise in software development that are interested in pursuing a career that involves both financial and data analysis. 

A Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Physical Sciences is necessary, with a minimum grade point average of 3.0. Strong preference will be given to candidates with programming experience in relational database and/or familiarity with at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Perl, PowerShell, or VBA).  Experience/coursework in data science, financial modeling and financial derivatives strongly desired.
